Xihe Group was established in 2004. After more than 20 years of unremitting efforts, it has now developed three factories, namely Ningbo Xihe Children's Products Co., Ltd. Factory 1, Ningbo Xihe Children's Products Co., Ltd. Factory 2, and Huangshi Xihe Baby Products Co., Ltd., covering a total area of 206 acres, with a standard factory building area of more than 80,000 square meters. It has established three business divisions: strollers and car seats, auxiliary products (such as walkers, baby carriages, dining chairs, play beds, etc.) and wheels and accessories. This factory is the wheel and accessories division of Ningbo Xihe Children's Products Co., Ltd. Factory 1, covering an area of 15 acres and a factory building of 15,000 square meters. It has R&D design, testing center, mold making center, injection molding workshop, foaming workshop, music box workshop and other departments, with more than 70 sets of advanced production equipment and testing equipment such as injection molding machines and foaming machines, as well as a professional management team. The head office currently has more than 1,100 employees, including more than 30 professional design and development and technical personnel. We adopt the technical cooperation guidance of Japan and Taiwan, use imported and domestic standard raw materials, and specialize in the development and production of injection molding parts and products, EVA foam wheels, PU wheels, TPR wheels, other EVA foam products and various toy products. Among them, the foam wheels are rich in specifications, with more than 400 sizes from 2.5"-26", and can also have a variety of colors. They are suitable for the wheel configuration of various baby carriages, pet carriages, luggage carts, shopping carts, gardening carts, golf carts, electric cars, toy cars, medical carts, wheelchairs and other slow and light vehicles. EVA foam wheels and their foam products are non-toxic and tasteless, beautiful and light, highly elastic, wear-resistant, and never need to be inflated. They are also suitable for various anti-collision and shock-absorbing products, and are affordable. Injection molding parts include children's products, baby carriage plastic parts, playbed plastic parts, buckle accessories and other product accessories.
